– 50% collections -70% of collections -Budgets are ready for discussion at 1st meeting. -Reports are ready by 1st meeting in the new year -To earn income from treasury activities i. e. interest on deposit/Treasury Bill. |

-To engage in grassroots dev of our youths. -To work out possibility and modality of establishing a centre for educational devpt. as well as a scholarship foundation scheme -To seek for sponsorship for scholarship programmes. -To identify indigent students who require financial support. -To help integrate our youth to the existing scholarship programs e.g. The one by Mr. Jim Ovia. To liaise with Dr. Felix Gbenoba of the National Open University to ensure that the Delta State Campus of the NOU is sited at Agbor. AOB as deemed necessary. |
-Gather our youth at least 3 times in a yr. -Organize 2 Counseling classes. -Establishment of at least one centre. To identify at least 5 persons. -Assist at least 5 persons to get scholarship. -That the NOU campus is sited at Agbor. |

-To develop a blue print of our political understandings. -To develop grass root political activities. -To educate our rural people on the importance of census, eg, voter reg., voting etc. -To identify young men and women with political ambition, nurture such and present them as candidates. -The spread of our political awareness. -No. of persons who get registered, who vote etc The Owa people presently has higher population figure, higher registered and voting number than us. This needs to be bridged. -Produce at least 5 of such names |

-Identify grass root projects that will affect our youths e.g. Education -Identify project that will strengthen our traditional institutions -Evaluate the cost of such projects and suggest and find possible financing sources -Monitor govt contracts awarded to contractors. AOB as deemed necessary. |
-That at least, 2 projects are executed. -That contracts are done as awarded. -That our roads are repaired. |

-To ensure the sustenance of our culture & tradition. -To ensure the holding of our cultural festivals [e.g. Osiezi] -To liaise constantly with the Chiefs, Indichen, Idibo Dein etc. AOB as deemed necessary. |
-That the ancient relics in our Palace are not destroyed. -That the festival holds soon. -At least one meeting with each group in a Year |

-To effect the amendment of our constitution as and when necessary. -To register the Association with CAC as and when necessary. -To convert the Association share certificates to NCS |

-That the Dein maintains good rapport with the Association. -That the Association is able to influence top politicians & functionaries. -That some of the FGN projects e.g. rural electrification get to Agbor. – That we can finance our projects. |
